Do you have items you want to sell? Do your spring cleaning and round up your household items, toys, games, furniture, jewelry, clothes, antiques, crafts, and more! It's easy to sell your items when we bring the shoppers to you!
If you have larger items you want to sell that may not fit in one10x10 booth space, we recommend these options:
- Purchase multiple booth spaces to create the size of space that will fit your item(s).
- Take pictures of your item(s) that are too large to fit in your booth space and have them on display at your booth so customers can see what else you have available for sale. You can then arrange a pick up date with the interested buyer, or if the item fits in your car or trailer, you can exchange it with them in the parking lot of the Kellogg Arena.

Note: NO tobacco, firearms, weapons of any kind, no knives, swords, guns, alcohol, or suggestive/provocative items. Food and beverages cannot be sold unless you are contracted to sell.
We reserve the right to limit the number and type of businesses (out of home or retail) that can be present and there will be some exclusivity depending upon the type of business. If there is already a business signed up within a particular industry, you may be asked to be put on a waiting list for next year to avoid having too many of the same or similar business present. To keep with the focus of this event being about gently used garage sale and resale items, we have a limit of 30 booth spaces that can be occupied by out of home or retail businesses.
Tables will be reserved in the order of payment received. No refunds will be made once a table has been reserved. No reservation is confirmed without payment. Your table number will be assigned as soon as completed application and payment is received. You will be notified by email and/or phone with table assignment number.
Only 2 persons per booth/table allowed. All vendors will receive 2 one day passes good for entrance into Kellogg Arena. Any additional persons over the age of 5 will need to purchase a $3 pass to get into Kellogg Arena. Children ages 5 and under are free.
NOTE: THE BOOTH SPACES PURCHASES ON THIS SITE ARE FOR GARAGE SALE TYPE OF ITEMS ONLY. TABLES OCCUPIED BY COMMERCIAL VENDORS (INCLUDING MULTI-LEVEL MARKETERS) MUST PAY THE COMMERCIAL TABLE FEE OF $75 FOR OUT OF HOME BUSINESS OR $250 FOR RETAIL BUSINESS. ALL SUCH VENDORS MUST CONTACT Townsquare Media (269-978-2167) TO RESERVE YOUR TABLE, AS THERE IS A VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF COMMERCIAL TABLES AVAILABLE. COMMERCIAL VENDORS WHO SET UP AT THE SHOW WITHOUT PAYING THE PROPER FEE WILL BE ASKED TO DO SO AT THE SHOW, OR TO LEAVE. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE EXTENDED TO ANYONE ASKED TO LEAVE.
